is our highest priority. Our site is clear,
concise and easy to navigate. Consumers
will never find annoying pop-ups or be
confused with non-financial verticals such
as cell phones, electronics or the product
du jour. What they will find are all the tools
to help them make educated decisions
about their financial futures.
About Our Lead Quality
Ensuring premium lead quality is
our most important commitment to our partners. That’s why we’ve
implemented the following processes:
All our leads undergo multiple
validation process to ensure we
can provide the most accurate data
possible. Our application on our web
site matches the city, state, and ZIP
Code of the consumer, and makes
sure the telephone area code and
prefix are within a certain radius of
that zip code, all while the consumer
is live on the application. We then
match the telephone number, customer
name, and address against a live
database of 1.8 billion public, credit,
and telephone records as an additional
validation process. As a final step,
we run approximately 30% of our
leads through a call center to verify
customer as an additional scrub.
While no system is 100% accurate,
we pre-filter and invalidate as many
leads as possible prior to routing to
our lending partners.
• All affiliates and marketing
partners
are given a provider grade based on
multiple metrics that include invalid
lead and return percentages, and they
must maintain a minimum score to
remain a 4moving provider. We continually
analyze lead returns and identify poor
providers, who are then put on a
watch list where their leads are closely
scrutinized for 30 days. If there is
no improvement, these providers
are terminated immediately.
• Our state-of-the-art call
center validates
up to 30% of all our leads, focusing
primarily on leads flagged as suspicious
and leads from lower performing
affiliates.
• Providers must sign our
affiliate marketing
agreement that contractually requires
them to adhere to industry best practices.
These provisions include prohibition
of incentivized offers and strict legal
compliance requirements that include
compliance with CAN-SPAM, DNC, and
Graham-Blailey-Leach. Any violation of
this agreement can lead to immediate
termination of that provider.
• Leads with invalid contact information
that get through our validation process
can be returned for credit electronically
within five days of purchase, no
questions asked. Our call center
verifies each request for credit and
issues it back to the lender within
24-72 hours. |
